We have a double-fix policy. We first get things working again as soon as possible. Next we find the root cause and fix it so it won't happen again.

The latest issues with Vista Interactive's internet services will be posted on our Support Blog, so if you see your issue there we are working on it. If your issue is not on our Support Blog, please contact us so we can fix it for you as soon as possible.

Here are some things you can try first:

  • Check that your internet connection is working
    • Try browsing to other websites
    • Restart your internet connection
  • Check that you can access your email through web mail.
  • Check that your settings are correct in your email software

Vista Interactive will invoice you for technical issues that are not covered by our normal customer service and support agreements.
